Swooning over this 1960's handmade black and cream toile piece and we can't decide if we like it more as a long blouse with wide leg trousers or a mod micro mini paired with vintage hot pants- you decide! A ton of love clearly went into making this piece, with beautiful gathering at the waist and generously sized bell sleeves all finished with black bias trim.
